White Rose Martini
40ml gin or vodka;
25 ml Wermod Dry;
Sprig of Rosemary
Sprig of white currant
Muddle a small sprig of Rosemary with gin or vodka. Add vermouth and shake with ice. Strain and pour into your martini glass.
Add a sprig of white currants to garnish and, for added sweetness, burst some of the currants into the glass.
