Béla Lugosi Bite

“I never drink…wine”

in honour of Béla Lugosi’s famous line from the 1931 production of Dracula, we’ve created a bittersweet bite of a cocktail for Halloween:

35ml Great British Vermouth
50ml Campari (or Aperol)

25ml Aecorn Aromatic Bitters

GARNISH

Red food dye

2tsp set honey

1tsp cornflour

Beat the garnish ingredients together and drizzle around the rim of a chilled glass. Shake cocktail ingredients with ice and pour…if you dare!
